      Terrible customer service had a deposit that was in writing that was supposed to drop today. They magically said the hold didn’t expire to the 16th. They were very inconsiderate of my situation and shrugged it off like it was nothing when I’ve been a member for over 2 years now very poor service that is not the way you go about handling business. Never depositing anything again at this bank I’m very disappointed in their customer service it sucks customer needs come first at least have a little bit more compassion about your job.
