  Initially, this business promised the following services but delivery of services was wholly inadequate. They promised to complete the FAFSA which they did - with the wrong school, incorrect school level, and missed the deadline, multiple times. In each of these situations, the owner Paul Celuch blamed my child for not giving him the password which he should have had from the previous year but could never retain. When I showed proof that it was provided in an email prior to the beginning of the semester, he yelled at me for calling him on his blunders. The service promised to provide written appeal letters to increase the award, but again missed the deadline so that all additional award money had already been distributed. The claim is that there are professional staff writers, but Paul wrote the letter himself with multiple errors that I corrected before signing my name to it. We did not need or use the other services provided such as career or college information so meeting our needs should have been a breeze. Please save your money and do not use this service. Regarding the response below, although it sounds as if the owner wants you to believe he is surprised as if this was the first mention of it, potential customers should know I did discuss my concerns with the owner at several junctures prior to writing this review. At one point, I was promised a refund if I things didn't improve. This promise was broken and any refund refused when problems continued. Instead of apology or acknowledgement, there was always the comeback that other customers are satisfied (although that has nothing to do with my experience), and met with condescension and gaslighting. I personally know of both satisfied and unsatisfied customers, so it is up to each family to decide whether to take the chance.
