      Southern hills is a vital component to operating my business. They are always really and truly just a call, text, or email away. It's like they're waiting for you to contact them for a vehicle change, or other policy update etc. I mean they're very responsive.

      Received horribly response times. Took over 4 months to even finish a quote. 6 months later received an extremely unprofessional phone call demanding I pay my bill and that I better figure this out even after I decided to go with another company because responses we're so slow. Later dealing with this issues I was yelled at on the phone and threatened to change my insurance over to theirs and pay them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for insurance. Let me just add that they sent me threatening emails after I posted this to take it down. I also don't know how to remove a review posting on here.
