      He might be a great guy but don’t ask him to do your taxes in March because that’s the busy time. I guess that makes sense.

      I don't ever remember meeting Mr. Bater. I don't see how he can make a comment like that if we have not met. I do take appointments all year long. I don't think Mr. Bater is a real person but he can call me anytime for tax help if he likes.
