      Got a mortgage through Collins. Thought everything went great until they allow Caliber Home Loans to purchase my loan and my experience has been horrible ever since. Got a letter from the county saying we had delinquent taxes from 3 months ago and my property was going to be auctioned off....while my loan is sitting with a large amount of money in my escrow. Not a good choice Collins - so much for using local credit unions. If you go to Collins - try and demand they not sell your loan out to Caliber - they are not good at what they do.
