      Cozy Cabana East and West should be fully renovated and updated before being rented out again - they are in no shape for guests to be paying to stay there. We had A LOT of problems with both properties the entire week of our stay. I will say, however, that Collins customer service and maintenance was very helpful and efficient in sending out crews to fix the multiple items.
