      We rented Marleyvale a couple weeks ago, and it was nothing short of a disaster. There was no hot water throughout most of the house. Maintenance came out 3-4 times, saying it was fixed each time, but it never was. Then the A/C went out... maintenance did come out and bring a portable unit which helped little, but we were still without air on the bedroom floor for the last 2 full days.We paid a lot of money for this rental, and were not offered any sort of credit or refund back. The maintenance team that came out assured us we would get some money back - but we never even heard anything from the rental agency. Very disappointed and will never use SGI Premier again. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else...

      The people at SGI Properties are amazing! They are super helpful and always professional to deal with. I’ve used them many times and they never disappoint. They are always there for me and will do anything to make me comfortable and happy. I would never, ever consider using anyone else! Quite simply they’re the best! Did I mention that their properties are spectacular!
