      Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I received a pre-approval letter fairly easily, but then when I asked for information about the application I was told that he couldn't hold my hand and that I should go elsewhere for my financing needs.

      I have been treated rudely, disrespected, and told that my involvement in correcting errors in my appraisal was not my business. I am the seller! This transaction will likely fall apart, partly due to Tim's lack of professional courtesy
