If you are shopping for a lender that specializes in construction loans and will explain in detail all of the products available and who will take the time to help you decide on one to fit your needs, I recommend to contact Kirk Hertzenberg. He explained all available options in an easy to understand format that gave me the confidence to make a decision. Most mortgage lenders want to sell you a product that is beneficial and easy for them, but everyone’s situation is different. Kirk did not push or “sell” one particular product and that made it easier for me to evaluate the options and make a decision that fit my situation perfectly.
