      I went into this bank this afternoon and noticed that there were no staff members working inside. There were only 2 tellers and 1 customer service representative working. There were many of us waiting for an extended period of time to speak to the customer service individual. They have a large facility with many offices located inside, but no one working. The representative was very nice and helpful. They need more individuals working to better serve the community.
