  John and his team were awesome. From beginning to end they were there to answer any and all questions and always got back to you quickly. He has a great presentation to help you truly understand the market and the loan process. He kept us up to date on rates and locked us in at just the right time.   I cannot help but add one more five star review to this group - six if I could. This team was so helpful with all my questions on the front end as we shopped around - I spent a good deal of time on the phone with them just getting a better understanding of the entire home loan process. They made the process incredibly straightforward and smooth, were able to offer very competitive rates compared to other lenders I spoke with, and were always very easy to get ahold of. They prepared us with tailored pre-approval letters for each and every potential house in our house-hunting process, and there were a lot of them before we found THE house. They were ready to make calls to the seller agents confirming our approval and their standing beside our offer. When it came time to go under contract and close in just 9 DAYS, John and his team were primed to help us make that short timeline happen. They got amazing praise from the selling agent, and told us we would not have been sitting at the closing table without him (and our rockstar realtor). What more could you want/need?? 10 / 10 would recommend going with this team. Thank you all again for all you did for us!

  THE BEST in Colorado Springs!!!!! We've worked with John and Beth for the last four years on multiple transactions. John continues to provide us with the lowest rates we've seen, despite them continuing to rise. He and Beth worked tirelessly to support us in every step of the buying process for our last two homes.
