Can never get someone to answer the phone

Hi Alyssa, We apologize for the inconveniences that occurred during the outage and off and on service with our current phones. We are making big steps to improve the experience for our members. We are working to improve our phone systems, and plan to have our new phone system up and running in just a couple of weeks. With this new system, should have no more instances of our Contact Center (inbound calls) being down. Again, we apologize for this massive inconvenience and look forward to serving our members better moving forward!

Opening an account was a painful process and took a very long time. I still have questions about my account that were not answered satisfactorily. Also, 15 days to process a certified check is ludicrous . I have never had a bank hold a check for more than 3-5 days. I am grateful that I did not need access to my funds in that time. However, I can imagine It would be very hard for a struggling family or individual that was relying on accessing their funds in a timely manner. I sincerely hope my my experience improves and I will find some advantage in using this CU over a traditional bank.
