Do not do business with Kyle McDonough. Thought this place was awesome at first. Worked with them through a loan that fell through due to the seller. Found a new home and rates changed so we started looking for better deals. Kyle said the VA appraisal was ordered but it could be transferred if needed. He said himself he couldn't compete with the other rates we were quoted but he would try. He wasnt able to deliver. As soon as we notified Kyle that we were going to be using another lender, he became very unprofessional and canceled the appraisal instead of transferring it like he said he could do. The loan processor said he would try to recall the appraisal but Kyle came back and said they are canceling it. This shows the level of professionalism and care Kyle really has for clients. Definitely not a good way to do business. I hope no one else gets treated this way when they are trying to do what's best for their family.
