      Finally, a Bank of America branch in uptown Charlotte where someone picks up the phone. After several failed attempts to reach a live person at the 100 N Tryon Street branch, I called this place and had an enjoyable conversation with Chuck, who was able to answer my question.

      If you are visiting the branch bank for the first time, there are only two available parking options. 1) You can park on South Tryon, right in front of the Bank of America Tower building. This is a limited time street/city parking, It is not an official parking for Bank of America. You may not be lucky in getting a vacant lot. 2) You can park at the 720 South Church Street Parking deck. This is a paid parking, and the only official parking for the Bank of America Tower. More so, there is no drivethru ATM availability. The ATM is located inside the building. The building closes at 6pm.
