      Broke my ankle here because, during a medical emergency where I needed a bathroom, I had to convince them while my bp collapsed. All this took time and energy I didn't have, so I basically fainted, falling on top of my ankle and snapping it. They had no medical supplies and did not offer to help me beyond giving me a glass of water. I had to bother them to get trashbags so i had something to wrap myself with. I was treated like an inconvenience the entire time. They took my number, and even at the time it seemed theatrical more than sincere. No one ever called. Their moto says something about caring about people, and my 2 months in a cast are proof otherwise. Get basic medical supplies. Let people use your restroom. Hire someone to clean it if it's that big of a deal. Humans need bathrooms.
