      I have been with Columbia for years. The staff is always friendly and personal not so "formal & corporate ." This location matches the others and they go out of the way to keep you informed of banking options. I highly recommend this bank.

      Whatever you do do not bank with Columbia. They are extremely behind the times, I’ve had to call the region director multiple times to get a fraud charge removed that customer service refused to help me with. The app is constantly down, customer service has extremely limited hours.
