  There come times when one feels compelled to act. For myself, this is usually that my inner voice is prompting me to act on something because it’s the right thing to do. In this case, it’s writing a review - an acknowledgement of sorts… a type of public utterance to impart information that might help someone else to garner a picture of what their experience with this person or entity might be like. As I look back on how I happened to engage with Opulence Funding, the experience really does appear to be one of serendipity, or as we often refer to it: “being in the right place at the right time”. But whatever the perception, my funding journey with Opulence was one that I consider a fortuitous one. From the onset it was noticeable: a human answered the phone! From that point forward, Opulence had my attention. It also became visible very early on, that the assistants who answered the phone in any team member’s stead were not ‘gatekeepers’, but rather, facilitators. Throughout the funding process the people at Opulence made me feel comfortable asking questions and all steps and actions were explained along the way; my understanding of the process was of paramount importance to them and early on it became apparent to me that I had the support of an entire team. This is not to say there weren’t some bumps along the way but any time there was a misstep or things got a bit off the track, one of the team members stepped up to claim accountability, and resolutions were swift. I list and make mentions of these things and take the time to write this review because in today’s environment these occurrences are rare – if not completely obsolete, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to engage with the Opulence team. There were many other plus points that deserve mention but considering the overuse of the digital pulp I shall call it a [“kudos”] day. However, I would be more than remiss if I did not shine a very bright light on the fact that the team at Opulence exhibited the qualities that I value most in any of my business (or other) relationships, and they are those of kindness, and respect. Both qualities were not just occasionally tangible but woven throughout so as to manifest a generosity of spirit that I have rarely – if ever - experienced when engaging with any financial entity in all my 72 years. And as they say, ‘at the end of the day’ no one has a crystal ball, nor can predict what the chemistry between us and those we choose to work with might be, but by now you may have surmised that If I had it to do over again, I would choose Opulence.
