      The in store employees are great but Columbia as a whole is an awful banking system and I hate using them. I never get the actual help I need through online help and it's frustrating. Switching to a new bank for sure

      The local Enumclaw Columbia Bank employees are awesome! We have been banking there for well over 15 years now - Columbia Bank may not get a 5-star since they seem to change things up at a corporate level, but the employees do!
