      Had a loan there for 5 years, paid promptly every month, and paid off early. The next month after the loan was paid I am charged a $15 maintenance fee and a $3 paper statement fee. Never had these fees while the loan was in place. Disappointed to be blindsided in $18 in fees now that they aren't earning interest off me. No offer to return these fees to me. Closed account today. Will avoid this bank in the future and will take my banking business elsewhere.

      Depite having over 100k at this bank was still charged monthly fees -- they set up the accounts so if I had the wrong account type they advised me wrong. Online bill pay requires 3rd party cookies which is a big security risk. Lower interest rates than almost everywhere else. When I closed the account due to the above I specifically asked if a check cleared and was told yes -- that check had NOT cleared resulting in returned check fees. Go somewhere else if you want useful customer service.
