  We switched to Columbia Bank in January and I cannot possibly say enough kind things about Columbia and their team! They have been so helpful and accommodating, the products they offer are above and beyond, and the company itself is always investing in the education of their team... how cool is that?! 10/10 recommend this team and the bank itself!

  If I could do negative stars I would. Every single time I come to this bank they have some excuse for why they cant help me. I AM A MEMBER IF YOU CANT HELP ME WHO ARE YOU HELPING EXACTLY. I was told this time around they couldn't cash my paycheck and had some excuse for why they couldn't do so. I have cashed checks before and withdrew the entire amount on a zero balance so they have no excuse for not helping me. Previously a check I mibile deposited was rejected and when I went in to cash it a few days later they tried to tell me it had already been cashed. Whoever is in charge here is lying through their teeth to your customers. I will never bank with a place that wont help their members but somehow has the funds to spend money on tiny couches that hold your name plates. As I was leaving I heard the manager laugh with the assistant and call me trashy.

  This bank is amazing! Great people helping small businesses! Krissy and Mary have been fantastic with helping our business get loans to build a new office building. We have switched all of our accounts from B of A to Columbia, and highly recommend others do this as well!
