      Awesome small business bank, great staff and service.

      Long-standing Business Customer ('17-'21)...went to re-open an account and it seems they've had some turnover there. They were pretty rude and ineffectual. Acted like the account I wanted to set up couldn't be done (of course, it just turned out to be an internal glitch in their systems...I went to a different bank and it got done right away).
