      This Branch is lacking absolutely everything. The branch manager is rude, nasty, condescending and insults customers. His talent is to insult you and then hang up the phone so he got the last word. His professionalism has rubbed off on the staff who also yells at customers and hangs the phone up on them. This branch needs to be shut down immediately by corporate!
