      My mother and I deposited our checks through the drive thru window, hoping to get them into our respective accounts. The attendant working the window deposited both of our checks into my account. When we went inside to get it fixed, both the attendant who helped us fix the mistake and the window attendant only took partial responsibility for the mistake, but also inferred it was partially my mother's fault for handing the window attendant both checks at once and not clarifying which account was which, when we went through both checks one at a time and my mother wrote her account number on.the back of her check to tell them apart. The other attendant also made some remark about me "requesting from my mother's account if I needed money" . We were both very upset by this treatment as we've been with this branch for four years now and have never had a problem.
