Great place, good people; and they are very kind. But sometimes you have to wait quite a while, as the line can get long.

I went in to just cash my check with my Mexican passport. I was robbed of my vehicle and purse the day before. According to the blonde manager. She does not accept “whatever country this is from” passports because they are not valid. Only valid passports are US passports according to her at least. Which is a lie because I went straight to a different branch they had no problem cashing my check even spoke to their manager and he said of course they accept other country passports and even open new accounts with them. He helped me get ahold of corporate to file a complaint because being discriminated against is never ok. Even the person in the phone that took the complaint was shocked.

Slow customer service 4 people... 2 talking 1 at the cashier and 1 on the drive tru... no cash on ATM... and like 6 people on line waiting to get some money out...
