      Worthless *editing my review. CCU blocked my card and the hazel dell location declined to help me get a new card. I’m giving 4 stars only because the lady at the Ridgefield location was very helpful and got my new card in no time. The hazel del location needs more training and the people there are quiet unprofessional.

      You can pay them, call and confirm payment, and then they will call you a month later and say "naw you owe us now cuz we didn't get the payment a month ago that we told you we got". Then their phone reps will laugh at you for being upset that this bank can't keep their records straight or contact you in a timely manner. Somehow I get their mail for everything else, but not when it's mail about my payment.
