      Absolutely disgusting customer service, the staff are not accommodating in the slightest and downright rude when asked simple questions regarding banking. Avoid this location and use the Plymouth site instead as the staff there actually appreciate their clients.

      I came to deposit cash today in the drive through and waited for the lady to greet me and ask what I was there for. She said nothing for the longest time and I wasn’t sure if she was finishing something or not so I waited on her. Finally she looked up and very rudely asked if I needed help. I told her I needed a deposit slip and then again super rudely, she replied “Then you have to send it up.” It’s not just this experience though, I’ve had annoying experiences like this at every Comerica I’ve gone to. I’m switching banks. I’ve been wanting to for a while, but today solidified that choice.
