      I just went into this branch looking for help with a specific problem. The teller was hostile and rude from the very beginning of the interaction. She would not listen to the reason why I was coming and instead spoke to me very condescendingly and told me I was putting my debit card in the machine the wrong way. If you’re looking for a bank with even mediocre customer service do not come to that branch.

      Most of the tellers there are down right rude. The one teller has an award on her station for 25 years of service (always to the far right) and it baffles me that no one has ever complained about her attitude. A few of the tellers treat the customers like it’s an inconvenience for them to help them. News flash. It’s your job.
