      I tend to rate the people with whom I interact rather than these institutions. The corporate entities are virtually all the same. Their products and services are all a variation on the same theme. However, once in a great while you'll get a chance to interact with a genuinely good person that makes a cold, heartless corporation seem warm. I had that opportunity today with the banker here named, Gurly. I've gone in this bank many times and felt just like a number. Today was different. So if you get Gurly, perhaps you'll have a 5 star experience too. Otherwise, it's 3 stars.

      I never have to wait in line for a long period of time but the Branch I used to go to Closed without notifying me so I had to find another Comerica Bank and it’s so fzz as r away And I never seen an ATM anywhere

      I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL !! I GAVE HIM ALL MY INFORMATION HE NEEDED (BIRTHDATE, SS#, ADDRESS) AND AT THE END OF GETTING MY INFORMATION HE SAID SORRY I CANT GIVE YOU YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. WORSE BANK EVER!!
