  In general Comerica is a good bank... But this branch is really exceptional. Efficient and friendly staff. No waiting. No mistakes. Ivy, Chris & team are real professionals. Highly recommend. -Martin

  Chris Burner, where can I start? He is super prompt in response to any questions I have. Very professional and extremely nice to anyone even if you are not in need of his services. Nowadays, I know for a fact that I have a reliable banker who I can pick up the phone and communicate and get the answers right away. Safe to say I don't want to go back to my old bank any more.

  Honestly, I was one issue away from leaving Comerica Bank for good. I don't want to get into all of the issues I had, but I will say that the staff here at this location, like the first reviewer said, was exception to say the least. Ivy has assisted me with all of my issues; patiently working with me and Comerica corporate to navigating through the labyrinth of phone transfers until ultimately finding permanent solutions to anything and everything I've thrown at her. Whatever they are paying her, it isn't enough. Comerica will be keeping my business today because of Ivy's dedication to go above and beyond the call of customer service.
