      The bank is good but has no direct numbers to reach them, I am trying to reach them for last one month leaving my number and Message with their central line and no one ever calls me back and this is urgent!

      I had a great experience today with Charise Roberts at the Sunnyvale branch couldn't have been a better experience professional even had some good music playing in the bbackgroun. I'll be letting everyone know to do their banking at MeriWest in Sunnyvale.

      Highly recommend this branch to everyone who needs banking assistance!! I have never received so much help and great service from a bank in my life. At first, I thought my first interaction with them was just to lure me in as a customer but after going back there several times a month their customer service can not be matched. The Branch Manager Omid and Financial Service Rep Eddie are my 2 favorites. Smiles and great service every time.
