      Joseph Shephard and his staff are absolutely amazing. They truly understand the value of superior customer service. I interact with them as part of my job at our firm. I could not be more impressed. Joe takes the time to not only explain transactions and procedures but to offer suggestions and insights as to options I wasn't even aware that I had.       I was disgusted with the service I received from the call center today with Megan! She hung up on me when I was inquiring about being tripled charged at restaurant employee by mistake! I felt under valued as a consumer and disrespected! 5/6 minutes later I spoke with Holly from the call center and she took her time to help me! Holly deserve 5 stars! But Comerica I’m giving you 2 just because of Megan! Time frame 1:45-2:00pm
