      Opened a new account this morning with Lisa at the Comerica branch in downtown Northville. Due to COVID, she got almost everything set up over the phone. To finalize the account setup, I just had to go to the branch to sign a few things and we were done. Super easy.

      The bank has outrageous and continuous fees. Also, they let someone fraudulently remove $3000 from my account (and $10,000 from my mom's) with a stolen, expired drivers license. The money was returned but the fraud department stated that there were internal breaks of procedure which allowed them to use the expired drivers license. They offered nothing, except changing my account numbers, to make the situation right to me.
