  I am a business owner and run 3 corporations. I started doing business with the Lake Forest branch of Comerica for my personal accounts about 5 years ago. The staff were so friendly and professional and went out of their way to provide excellent service that I soon transferred my three business accounts to Comerica. Humera and Shellie make me feel like I have just come home when I enter the doors at Comerica. I love doing business with this small community-oriented bank. I will never go back!

  Went to make a deposit at this bank today and was turned away as there teller line was closed. The bank was open, yet I was told either to deposit at the ATM or they would close it out with the rest of the deposits at the end of the night. So it was either leave my deposit in the hands of the Banker without a receipt, deposit in the ATM or to go to another Comerica. I personally, have worked at two banks in my life and each bank, anyone was able to complete a deposit for a client minus the security officer. It was a straight deposit no cash, you can do it at your computer at your desk. I know you have the capabilities, especially when I leave and make the deposit with the teller at the Mission Viejo location off of La Paz and she even tells me that you had that ability. If your systems were actually down, then lock your doors until they are back up. Otherwise, do not be lazy and make the simple deposit at your work station.
