The staff at Commerce here in Bolivar is absolutely amazing, every single one of those ladies put a smile on my face at least once a week that I go there. Literally could not brag anymore on these wonderful beings! 5 years later : The new management at this place is a terrible joke. The assistant manager refused to deposit co-signed checks from my wife that we have been doing for SIX years at this location with no valid reason other than he didn't want to. The slightly less than straight 'man' continued to argue with me and decided not to deposit any checks at all, causing an overdraft on my account until he decided to comply.

New tellers at the Bolivar Commerce are poorly trained and cannot spell customer service. Old staff members are fine but mostly have left. This branch has the look of a failing enterprise. Have been with the bank since before it wad bought by Commerce. Looking to exit now.
