      Thanks Jared Crawford you are a banking genius with a lot of care for your customers you took a rather horrible situation with my concern, honestly bad for me at first coming to bank about loosing card had to go through all that red tape to get funds transferred to checking account, then opening new my spending card, agent helping made error, but Jared took the initiative to be not only a great team player but more like the Captain of the Team, Stephanie thank you for taking the call and the actions you took, couldn't fixed this error on my own. Thank You both very much!!! My thoughts of Commerce have improved by 1000 percent!!!
