  Just opened a business account and a personal account with Commerce Bank. The Personal Banker, Christan Cook, was very helpful and Knowledgeable! We didn't have an appointment, but immediately got in and were assisted! Great Service! We have had previous loans through a different Commerce and also have a Credit Card through Commerce. Hope this location is as good as its first impression! Will update later...

  Everytime i turn around i get locked out of my online account. i was even told to delete my online app and reinstall it to fix "my problem".2 days before they plan on a system wide upgrade i get locked out again, and was told to wait until the upgrade is complete. i wait get access again, only to be locked out again within 6 hours. this time its the weekend and no online workers like after noon on saturday. i wait until monday, and call the 800 number. the first time, "we're experiencing high call volumes" and hangs up. not giving me the option to be put on hold. i try later and this time i get put on hold and transferred something like 3 times and 45 minutes later, im still locked out. I finally hung up and drive 10 miles to town and deal with the local branch. in a matter of 15 minutes im back online. in 3 weeks when im done receiving all my current pending online payments, im closing this account and hopefully never going back to this company.
