      The Kirkwood branch is HORRIBLE. I have been banking with Commerce for over 20 years and haven't experienced anything like this. We tried adding my husband to our account and it took 3+ months. Multiple employees, including the branch manager, constantly assure you they are "working on it" (adding, mailing cards, filling out forms, requesting more forms to fill out, etc.) and nothing is ever taken care of or followed up. If you want any type of change on any of your accounts, including ordering checks, be prepared to CONSTANTLY babysit to ensure you are taken care of.

      I recommend going to another bank if you are a person of color. Completely ignored me in the lobby while helping other customers that obviously came in after me. No need to make a scene because I have accounts at better institutions with exceptional customer service.
