This local branch has a small town feel, with employees who seem to recognize you when you walk through the door. With modern banking options that largely prevent us from having to leave the car — or even the house — in order to do our banking business, a return to good old-fashioned personal banking gives me a reason to park and enter the bank again.

Slowest staff ever. I gave 2 100 dollar Bill's to get 20 dollar Bill's through drive thru, manager demanded drivers license for cash to cash transaction. 22 year customer and being yelled at by a young new bank manager. How sad its gotten since vivian left

This is your “Mayberry” neighborhood bank. I’m still looking over my shoulder when I’m here for Andy Griffith, Barney or Aunt Bee. I just moved from Virginia about a year ago and one of my first interactions with Missourians was here at Commerce Bank. I have never felt more welcome anywhere. When you walk into this branch the banking staff are so genuinely kind that you are made to feel as if you’re with friends not at a banking establishment. You will never feel more at home or more respected with kindness than at the St. Charles/St. Peters Commerce Bank on Old Highway 94! I definitely trust the staff here with my money and investments!!
