      We needed some help, so we went inside the Fenton branch and were promptly greeted by Asra, we told her what we needed and it was something that could only be taken care of at the main office, instead of giving us the phone number and sending us on our way, she contacted the proper person for us and we completed the transaction right then and there. Thank you

      Very rude behavior from Grant Longland and Andrew Nichols. I’ve been with this bank for a long time and was never treated so badly.

      Charge me $75 for a garnishment that didn't go through and their excuse was that's for processing the garnishment but if the garnishment didn't go through why would you charge me a fee if there was no garnishment still debating on taking this to court "fraud" also just now charge me 4x $37 over draft fee when my account is still in the positive after all their fees. Very fraudulent bank!
