  We got two loans with this bank and dealt with Dean Larue. He was fine till we have been trying to get a name off of my sons loan and we sent all the requestwd documents thru email that he provided. Months went by and many nessages were left with multiple people there at the bank. I was unable to get any kind of response from him until I got fed up with being ignored and started telling several people about how we were going to take our business out of their hands and deal with another bank. He finally got on the phone with me and we argued back and forth and he used his authority to make our situation much more difficult and then decided to make us send a letter to him giving permission for me to speak to him about my sons loan even though he had always discussed it with me all along and he said he was not going to give me the president of the banks name and refused to help any further. Needless to say we are left in limbo because of this person and I am constantly told that of all the commercial banks that he is the only one to talk to. Good luck if you deal with these people and their tactics. This person should not be allowed to use his position to make our situation more difficult just because he wants to be a smart elic.
