  Not sure if the universal bankers who handle the handle the online resources are properly trained nor do I believe they care if they work there. When needing assistance on mobile deposit and request to speak to the supervisor. Typically you don't above someone else to get something resolved. The whole purpose we bank here and trust to put our holdings here that Cbtx would like to represent their name poorly or provide the customer services poorly. The point of this is that whoever work in that department are not all trained on the equally level as others. Two weeks ago I done a mobile deposit with same providers and followed the steps. Now their are different ways to deposit a check. But never have I had issues with mobile deposit as much as this bank. The branches and tellers inside the building who interact with customers and daily concerns are on a whole new level. They do go above and beyond. Now for the inside employees I cannot say the same. They have moved or maybe other associates moved to higher positions but whoever is in charge should know that the same level of business conducted inside the branches should be treated as well for those answering the phone calls. For insistence the call center CSR 5 level, employees being in the experts level of customer service. Now cbtx are hiring low quality or experienced employees to fill in their shoes?
