  Love this place, its like how banking used to be, one on one personal services, very knowledgeable people working there. Always greet you when you enter and leave. Highly recommend this bank for both commercial and personal banking

  Extremely bad experience. They did not have staff and technology to handle large amount of transactions. When we opened account they did not inform us that they cannot handle large transactions. Once our accounts are up and running they Said they cannot handle our accounts since they don’t have staff and technology and asked us close our accounts. It is a waste of time for us to start everything again with another bank . CBTX should have told us about their limitation when we initially set the expectations how our accounts will be operated. Very bad experience pls be aware before starting banking with them.
