      I went to this banking center today because the one on Greenville Ave mess up my teenage son account when we were trying to update our contact information after our move from the Midwest I was greeted by Maggie and a very upbeat associate Nathalie. Nathalie took care of my issue, update the account properly and change my mind about closing this account. Nathalie great smile and excellent customer service make my day. She is definitely a great access to BOA! #HappyHoliday

      Scammers. I deposited all the money in my previous checking account at another institution in a new account at BoA and they're holding my money for 10 days and tell me that they have no means of removing the hold.

      Couldn't close my account because they don't answer their phone. Withdrew all my funds out, got charged a $12 service fee for low balance. Now I can't close my account because they say I owe them $12. Update: after a total of 1 hour and 39 minutes on the phone, BofA agreed to waive the fee and close my account.
