I was searching on Google for a lender who can do a commercial loan and I found this company. I read through all the reviews and see people mentioned good things about Dan Peterson so I feel positive and decided to give Dan a call. To my surprise, Dan was short, rushing on the call and said that he did not want to take any small loans ($250k) and hang up on me while I was still talking, so disappointed. I guess if you're not looking to borrow in the millions, stay away from him. Dan Peterson is rude af.

As you point out my reviews are very good because I give my clients the time they need with their loans, large or small. It is disappointing that your lack of phone etiquette prevented you from working with a firm that other say good things about.
