  When we decided to sell our home, we briefly considered an iBuyer. After listening to their proposal, I still really wanted advice from someone that I personally know to have integrity, knows her business, and know I can trust for honesty no matter what. Thankfully I’m blessed to be friends with Erica. She was very objective in her assessment of our situation and very straightforward with all options. We listed with Erica the next day. This woman was our advocate during the entire process. Her and her team’s professionalism is extraordinary and, in our opinion, unmatched by any other realtor we’ve encountered. There is a reason this woman has been so successful, and we are grateful to have gone through this process with this amazing group.

  Erica is a wonderful realtor who was organized, attentive, and patient as I went through the home buying process for the first time. She has great systems in place to gather information, communicate regularly, and answer all your questions and she has a great team as well. I especially valued her help during the stressful negotiation process and came away very happy with the end results (even in a seller's market!). I highly recommend Erica and her team!
