      Justin came out on a late Sunday afternoon to help us with our problem. He was able to pump out the water and get to the shutoff valve. Without his help our yard would have been flooded overnite until the plumber could come out. Couldn't have been nicer!

      Not impressed with customer service! They literally speak to you as if it's a bother to answer the phone. We have elderly people who don't understand how to pay online and can't make it in to pay. Definitely need a customer service training course.

      I have had less than half water pressure for more than 3 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the problem with this,we should fire all of ya'll up there. since I have had less than half pressure only charge me HALF OF MY BILL. Get out and fix the water pressure. WHY DO WE ALWAYS HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE WATER BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE,#$%^&&**&^%$$##@@$%^&**(())(*&^%$#@@#$%^&^
