      Bank is crazy archaic. You essentially have to go into a branch to get anything done…and of course I’m always trying to go Wednesday afternoon, when they are closed. Member services is a joke. Just got off a call with them and the rep was cutting me off, unable to pull up basic account details, refusing to contact me via email & insisted on communicating via phone. I have a 5 month old and phone calls are not always easy. It felt like he was being difficult just because he could. I recommend a new tag line…”where we exist to serve our member owners” just isn’t working…or maybe educate your customer service reps on this? They do have really low lending rates, which is why I gave them 2 stars.
