      I need another bank this one is very disappointing( this was a year ago. The online banking is a joke. The people are friendly enough though. I just wished as a whole the bank was more professional and sophisticated. Well it's a year later I still am having hell with the app. But I do like the people that work there they are doing there best to satisfy my needs.

      I took out a loan with them a couple years ago and almost done paying on it. Tried to do a Christmas loan and they told me I didn't qualify. Like really I have direct deposit so my money would be good cause they take out my fees for my loan from my direct deposit. Its always that one loan agent that always tell me no. Once I'm done paying for my loan I'm switching back to Neches cause they do they best to help you with your needs.
