      Brad Grayson made the mortgage process an awesome experience and I couldn’t be happier and he really sets the standard for how banks should treat there clients. I wish there was more banks like community.

      I am not sure how I feel about this bank yet. I went into the Pascagoula branch to get a debit card and I swear it took forever. She was hitting buttons and changing screens and I swear it took longer than it should have. I went back to the same branch to inquire about a direct deposit form. The teller basically wrote down my checking and savings account numbers on a card with the routing number and again, it took forever. The lady behind me was even complaining that they only had one person working. This bank is not up to date with the technology world. Why is there not a direct deposit form that I can print out from the website? Chime banking even has a direct deposit form. There is no where for me to change my POD person online. I mean come on. Do I really have to go into the bank for everything. Get with the program please.

      These folks are amazing! I pulled up as they were closing and they still took the time to help me. And embarrassingly for me, this is the second time it’s happened yet they have been so kind. They’ve been kind all around and I’ve found it to be an amazing overall local banking experience ❤️
