  I'm a student in College Place and have been using this bank for over 2 years. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are super friendly and easy to work with, and anytime I've had a problem they've fixed it. Also, it nice that they're a small bank because wait times to talk with someone over the phone are almost non-existent.

  no customer service on the weekends, they intentionally lock you out of accessing your account if you don't use it very much. do yourself a favor bank somewhere else.

  They intentionally will push your overdraft past the limit, just so they can collect their $64 overdraft fee.

  Hi Christopher, We've attempted to reach out to discuss this with you directly. Our overdraft fee is $32 per paid item and limits are set based on customer account types.
